Metcalf Builders Launches $43 Million Affordable Housing Project

Metcalf Builders is set to enhance its impact in Southern Nevada with the announcement of the Marble Manor Redevelopment, a significant affordable housing project valued at $43 million. This initiative follows the company’s recent success with the Lake Mead Affordable Housing Project in Las Vegas and marks a continued commitment to addressing housing needs in the region.

Located in the Historic Westside of Las Vegas, the Marble Manor Redevelopment will feature 138 residential units, along with various community amenities designed to foster a supportive living environment. Construction is scheduled to commence in January 2026, with an anticipated completion date in fall 2027.

The project is a collaborative effort spearheaded by Brinshore Development in partnership with the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA). Together, they aim to expand affordable housing options, stabilize rent-burdened neighborhoods, and improve long-term economic mobility for families in Southern Nevada.
