Russell Crowe Reveals 50-Pound Weight Loss Journey with Joe Rogan
UPDATE: Russell Crowe has just revealed his incredible weight-loss journey, shedding over 50 pounds thanks to insights from Joe Rogan. The Oscar-winning actor, known for his iconic roles in films like Gladiator and A Beautiful Mind, appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience to discuss his transformation and upcoming film Nuremberg.
During the conversation, Crowe disclosed that he dropped from 126 kilos (278 pounds) at the end of filming to just over 100.9 kilos (222 pounds). He credited his significant weight loss to a combination of smarter eating habits, workouts, and treatments from the health brand Ways2Well, which Rogan personally recommended. “I was 126 kilos when I finished Nuremberg. I’m 100.9 now,” Crowe stated.
The actor shared that the therapies, which include IV treatments and targeted joint care, have notably reduced inflammation in his body, a major relief after years of dealing with sports injuries and arthritis. “The real benefit I’m getting from these treatments into my shoulders and knees is that it’s calmed down my body’s inflammation,” he explained.
According to Ways2Well’s official site, they offer personalized health plans based on bloodwork, featuring services from hormone balancing to peptide therapy, aiming to enhance recovery and energy levels for clients.
Crowe’s transformation has captivated fans since he made a striking appearance at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships in July 2025, showcasing a refreshed look in a tailored black suit and plaid tie alongside partner, Britney Theriot. This energy continued at the 2025 AFI Fest premiere of Nuremberg in Los Angeles, where Crowe walked the red carpet looking noticeably slimmer and vibrant.
The actor’s journey is not just about losing weight; it underscores the positive impact of health interventions and lifestyle changes. For fans and health enthusiasts alike, Crowe’s story serves as an inspiring reminder that transformation is possible with the right support and commitment.
As Crowe continues to promote Nuremberg, expect to see more of his journey and insights into maintaining a healthier lifestyle. The film’s release and Crowe’s ongoing health journey are sure to be hot topics in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates on this inspiring transformation!
