Sandusky State Theatre Hosts Festive Community Walk Through with Santa
The historic Sandusky State Theatre will welcome the community for a festive “Walk Through” event on December 13, 2023, from 10 a.m. to noon. Families, friends, and neighbors are invited to explore the theatre while enjoying seasonal festivities and an opportunity to meet Santa Claus.
During this engaging morning, attendees can take photos with Santa and express their holiday wishes. The event also allows guests to witness the progress made in restoring the theatre’s auditorium. “Our community has been the heart of the Sandusky State Theatre for generations,” the Sandusky State Theatre team stated in a news release. “This walk through is our way of bringing everyone together to celebrate the season and the exciting future ahead.”
The event is free and open to individuals of all ages, making it an ideal outing for families. Attendees are encouraged to bring cameras to capture memorable moments. The theatre is located at 107 Columbus Ave. in Downtown Sandusky.
This initiative aims to foster community spirit and connection as the theatre prepares for its future. The Sandusky State Theatre has served as a cultural hub for the area, and events like this are pivotal in strengthening local ties.
