U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors Increases Exxon Mobil Stake by 3.3%

U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors LLC has elevated its stake in Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) by 3.3% during the third quarter, as detailed in its most recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Following the acquisition of an additional 9,831 shares, the firm now holds a total of 306,658 shares in the oil and gas giant. This investment constitutes approximately 0.9% of U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors’ overall portfolio, ranking Exxon Mobil as its 13th largest holding. As of the latest reporting period, these shares were valued at about $34.58 million.

Several other institutional investors have also adjusted their positions in Exxon Mobil. Norges Bank acquired a new stake valued at approximately $6.16 billion in the second quarter. Meanwhile, Kingstone Capital Partners Texas LLC invested around $607.62 million during the same period.

Additionally, First Trust Advisors LP increased its holdings by 150.2%, acquiring a total of 7,602,601 shares, which are now worth $819.56 million. Similarly, Cerity Partners LLC raised its stake by 200.7%, bringing its total to 2,014,446 shares, valued at $217.16 million. In a remarkable move, Laurel Wealth Advisors LLC expanded its position by an astonishing 10,809.8%, now holding 3,095,106 shares worth $333.65 million. Collectively, institutional investors own approximately 61.80% of Exxon Mobil’s stock.

In a separate transaction, Darrin L. Talley, Vice President of Exxon Mobil, sold 3,000 shares on December 17 at an average price of $117.19, totaling $351,570. Following this sale, Talley retained 28,584 shares, valued at about $3.35 million. This transaction marks a decrease of 9.50% in his position. Insiders currently hold 0.03% of the stock.
