Beloved Anna Mae Bergan-Davis Passes Away; Services Set for Nov. 20
BREAKING: Anna Mae Bergan-Davis, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, has passed away on November 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. This devastating loss is resonating deeply within her community, as she touched the lives of many.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Cresco. Family and friends are invited for visitation on Wednesday, November 19, from 4-7 p.m. at Schmelzer Funeral Home—formerly known as Lindstrom Funeral Home. An additional hour of visitation will be available prior to the service at the church on Thursday morning.
Following the funeral, Anna Mae will be laid to rest at Orleans Cemetery in rural Ridgeway, marking a poignant moment for her family and loved ones to honor her legacy.
