URGENT UPDATE: A bicyclist in his 80s tragically succumbed to injuries sustained in a collision with a vehicle in Palo Alto on October 4, 2023. The incident, which occurred at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Foothill Expressway, highlights the ongoing risks faced by cyclists on the road.
