Humanz Raises $15 Million to Accelerate M&A Strategy NOW
UPDATE: Humanz, an Israeli influencer marketing platform, has just raised $15 million from undisclosed venture capital investors to fuel an aggressive M&A strategy. This funding comes as the company embarks on a full-scale acquisition spree, eyeing three more deals in the first half of 2026.
In an exclusive interview with Business Insider, CEO Liran Liberman confirmed that Humanz is committed to expanding its footprint in the U.S. market following its 2024 launch. The company has already acquired two firms, Bambassadors, a user-generated content marketplace, and Ubiquitous, a prominent influencer marketing agency. These acquisitions are part of a strategic move to enhance Humanz’s capabilities and offerings.
Liberman elaborated that the company is looking to acquire both talent networks and technology solutions, particularly in payment systems. “In this space, there are so many niche players,” he noted. “If I can acquire them, now we can offer more solutions.”
This funding is a significant boost for Humanz, which has raised a total of $32 million to date, and aims to revisit its financing strategy to secure up to $50 million by 2026. The company has also indicated that it is prioritizing growth over immediate profitability, focusing on a bold, strategic plan to dominate the estimated $250 billion creator economy.
The CEO pointed out the importance of discoverability on AI chat platforms for brands, a strategy they term generative engine optimization (GEO). Humanz’s recent acquisitions were made to enhance its presence on platforms like ChatGPT, which has become vital for marketing effectiveness.
Humanz’s recent M&A activities are indicative of a broader trend in the advertising industry, where major players like Publicis and Omnicom are also employing roll-up strategies to consolidate market share. The influencer marketing landscape is rapidly evolving, and Humanz aims to be at the forefront of this shift.
Liberman’s team is expanding, now comprising about 170 global employees across seven offices worldwide, including locations in New York, Florida, Brazil, South Africa, Turkey, the Netherlands, and its headquarters in Israel.
As Humanz gears up for its upcoming acquisitions, industry experts will be watching closely to see how these strategic moves will reshape the influencer marketing sector. The company’s pitch deck, outlining its M&A strategy and growth plans, has been released, showcasing its vision for a more efficient creator economy.
Stay tuned for more updates as Humanz continues to make waves in the influencer marketing space.
