Jessie James Decker Bleeds After Diving Challenge on Special Forces
UPDATE: Jessie James Decker is in the spotlight after suffering a bleeding injury during a high-stakes challenge on the latest episode of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. The dramatic moment unfolded as recruits faced a perilous diving task, testing not only their skills but also their trust in one another.
In the gripping challenge, which aired on Thursday, October 12, 2023, Decker and fellow recruit Christie Pearce Rampone were tasked with executing a simultaneous backward dive from a towering scaffolding into a body of water. However, seconds before the jump, Rampone’s panic led to a chaotic flail, throwing off their timing. The resulting belly flop raised questions about Decker’s safety.
Emerging from the water with a visibly bleeding nose, Decker expressed her concern to her husband, Eric Decker, stating, “I feel like it broke,” while noting she had “hit the bump” on her nose. The moment quickly escalated as fellow recruit Gia Giudice humorously suggested that Decker might have an excuse to get her nose “fixed” if it were indeed broken.
Despite the alarming injury, official sources have confirmed that Decker did not seek medical attention on-site, and she participated in the group punishment at the episode’s conclusion. This suggests that while she experienced a painful moment, there is no indication that she actually broke her nose, at least as of the end of this episode.
As viewers eagerly await the next episode, questions remain about the impact of this challenge on Decker’s performance moving forward. The tension surrounding her injury adds an emotional layer to the ongoing competition, captivating audiences who are invested in the outcome.
How to Watch: Fans can catch Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test every Thursday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on FOX. For those without cable, the show is available for streaming on platforms including Fubo, YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, and Sling TV.
Stay tuned for further updates as the season continues to unfold, and watch for any changes in Jessie’s condition in the upcoming episodes.
