Reid Hoffman Challenges Trump: Release Epstein Files Now!
UPDATE: In a dramatic escalation, LinkedIn co-founder and Democratic donor Reid Hoffman has urged the immediate release of all files related to the late Jeffrey Epstein. This call comes in response to President Donald Trump‘s recent demand for investigations into individuals connected to Epstein, including Hoffman himself.
In a series of urgent posts on his official X account, Hoffman, whose net worth is approximately $2.5 billion, expressed his desire for transparency, stating, “I want this complete release because it will bring justice to the victims.” He emphasized that the release of these files is critical not only for the victims but also to clear his name against what he calls “baseless investigations.”
Trump’s remarks, made earlier today, accused several prominent Democrats, including former President Bill Clinton and former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, of having significant ties to Epstein. “Records show that these men, and many others, spent large portions of their life with Epstein, and on his ‘Island,’” Trump declared, portraying the situation as a political attack against Democrats.
Hoffman did not hold back in his rebuttal, asserting that Trump’s push for investigations is merely a tactic to distract from the need for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release all Epstein-related files. “I will do everything in my power going forward to advocate for the release of the files, to get justice for Epstein’s victims and to promote the values of truth our great country was founded on,” he stated.
The urgency surrounding this development cannot be understated. As public interest in Epstein’s network remains high, Hoffman’s challenge to Trump adds a new layer to the ongoing discourse. “I refuse to bend the knee to Donald Trump and his slanderous lies,” Hoffman concluded, rallying supporters around the call for transparency.
Trump’s post on his Truth Social platform framed the Epstein issue as part of a broader narrative against Democrats, referring to it as another “Russia, Russia, Russia Scam.” His comments have ignited a firestorm on social media, with many users sharing Hoffman’s rebuttal and demanding accountability.
As this story evolves, all eyes will be on the DOJ and whether they will heed Hoffman’s and others’ calls for the release of Epstein’s files. The implications of these revelations could have far-reaching effects, not only for those implicated but also for the ongoing investigation into Epstein’s extensive network.
