NBA All-Star Weekend Concert Series Features Cortis, Ludacris, Shaboozey
The NBA has announced an exciting lineup for its annual concert series during the upcoming NBA All-Star Weekend, featuring prominent artists from various music genres. From February 12 to 15, 2024, Los Angeles will host performances by K-pop sensation Cortis, acclaimed rapper Ludacris, and rising country star Shaboozey.
Kicking off the concert series, Cortis will perform on the opening night at the L.A. Convention Center. The group, recently recognized by Rolling Stone as having the “coolest K-pop debut of the year,” expressed their enthusiasm, stating, “It’s a huge moment for us to be the first K-pop group to perform at NBA Crossover, kicking off All-Star Weekend. We’re grateful for the opportunity and excited to hit the stage, connect with fans up close, and officially tip off this incredible weekend.”
Following Cortis, Ludacris will headline the Michelob Ultra Courtside Concert on February 14, celebrating the 25th anniversary of his debut album, Back for the First Time. Fans can anticipate a high-energy performance featuring hits such as “Stand Up” and “Money Maker.”
Closing out the concert series on February 15, Shaboozey will bring his unique blend of country music to the main stage. He shared his excitement, stating, “This year has been quite a ride, and closing out NBA All-Star Weekend in L.A. really feels special. I’m a big fan of the NBA, and I can’t wait to bring my energy to such a legendary city and event.”
Tickets for the concert series are currently available on the NBA website, offering fans the chance to be part of this exciting event. Additionally, voting for All-Star game starters is now open, leading up to the 75th NBA All-Star Game, which will take place at the Intuit Dome on February 15, 2024. This marks the seventh time Los Angeles has hosted the prestigious event, underscoring the city’s long-standing connection to basketball and entertainment.
As the NBA prepares for this milestone event, fans can look forward to a weekend filled with thrilling performances and unforgettable moments.
