Oregon Ducks Surge Ahead with Whittington’s 3 TDs Against Rutgers

UPDATE: The No. 8 Oregon Ducks have taken a commanding lead against Rutgers in a thrilling matchup in Piscataway, New Jersey, with a staggering score of 42-3 at halftime. Running back Noah Whittington has been the star of the first half, scoring an impressive three touchdowns as Oregon showcases its offensive prowess.
After an early fumble allowed Rutgers to briefly lead 3-0, the Ducks exploded, scoring six consecutive touchdowns. Whittington’s standout performance includes 120 rushing yards on just 10 carries and 9 receiving yards from two catches. The Ducks made it clear they came to dominate, leaving fans electrified.
Quarterback Dante Moore has also shined, completing 14 of 18 passes for 279 yards and throwing four touchdown passes. His connection with tight end Kenyon Sadiq has proven lethal, with Sadiq scoring twice in the first half, including a spectacular diving catch that added to Oregon’s lead.

Moore continued to impress, hitting Dakorien Moore for a 34-yard touchdown pass, further extending the Ducks’ lead. Whittington capped off the first half with a 5-yard touchdown reception, solidifying Oregon’s dominance.
