Cerity Partners Boosts Vertiv Holdings Stake to $11.37 Million
Investment firm Cerity Partners LLC has significantly increased its holdings in Vertiv Holdings Co. (NYSE: VRT) by 29.0% during the second quarter of 2023. According to a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Cerity now owns 88,559 shares, valued at approximately $11.37 million after acquiring an additional 19,889 shares in the period.
Several other institutional investors have also adjusted their positions in Vertiv. Richard W. Paul & Associates LLC raised its stake by 0.9%, now holding 8,804 shares worth $1.13 million after buying 79 shares.
