Jordon Hudson Threatens Legal Action Against Pablo Torre Over Reports
Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old girlfriend of renowned NFL coach Bill Belichick, announced on Instagram that she plans to sue journalist Pablo Torre. This legal threat follows Torre’s extensive reporting on Hudson’s relationship with Belichick and claims regarding her access to the University of North Carolina’s football facilities.
In her Instagram post, Hudson shared a selfie wearing a necklace inscribed with the word “Banned.” This likely references Torre’s report on May 9, 2024, which suggested that she had been restricted from entering UNC’s football building and field. Torre, a former ESPN staff member and current podcaster, addressed Hudson directly in a post, indicating he had invited her to appear on his podcast, “Pablo Torre Finds Out.” He wrote, “Hi @Jordonbella, I assume this means you’re declining my invitation to be a guest on @pablofindsout? Either way, I look forward to hearing from you!”
Torre’s podcast episode featured claims from sources within the university, indicating that Hudson was “no longer allowed in the football building.” A source reportedly stated, “I don’t think you’ll be hearing much from Jordon moving forward.” In contrast, Carolina Athletics released a statement asserting that while Hudson is not an employee, she is welcome at the football facilities and will continue to manage activities related to Belichick’s personal brand outside of his university commitments.
Torre has been a vocal critic of the relationship, which has drawn attention due to the significant 49-year age gap. In previous reports, he mentioned that Belichick’s family was “extraordinarily concerned” about Hudson’s involvement with the coach. Torre also speculated that Hudson may have misrepresented her age during their initial meeting on a flight in 2021, raising questions about her age at that time.
On October 17, Torre revisited the topic during his podcast, following an incident where Hudson was overheard making disparaging remarks during the filming of the NFL Films production titled “Coach.” In her social media posts, Hudson expressed enthusiasm for supporting Belichick at his football events, indicating a commitment to her relationship with him despite the surrounding controversies.
The backdrop of this legal threat includes prior reports of tension between Hudson and Belichick’s family, particularly an incident involving Belichick’s daughter-in-law, Jen Schmitt. Following a UNC football game on November 8, 2024, Schmitt reportedly engaged in a lengthy tirade against Hudson, leading to speculation about underlying family dynamics. Both women were seen at the game but maintained distance from one another.
This unfolding situation continues to captivate public interest, particularly given the high-profile nature of both Hudson and Belichick. As legal proceedings may develop, attention will likely remain focused on how this story progresses and its implications for all parties involved.
